Red Velvet Cake

  • 2 1/2 cups  flour
  • 1 cup buttermilk
  • 2 cups oul
  • 1 tsp baking soda
  • 1 tsp vanilla
  • 1 1/2 cup sugar
  • 1 tsp vinegar
  • 1 TB cocoa
  • 2 oz red food coloring
  • 2 eggs

Mix Sugar, oil, buttermilk and eggs.  Add in food coloring, vinegar and vanilla.   Blend in dry ingredients.

Bake at 350

9×13″ pan 35-40 minutes
8″ round 30-32 minutes
